Solidarity with the people in Sudan! End the war in Sudan!

We strongly condemn the ongoing fighting in Sudan, that started on 15 April 2023, and ask the leaders of the army and Rapid Support Forces (RSF) to sit for dialogue that leads to a civilian-led government.
As the fighting continues in Sudan, many people fled their homes to other cities, estates and countries. The situation will increase the number of people at sea fleeing the conflicts in Sudan and many others fleeing persecution, oppression and mandatory military service from other countries.
We call on the European Union countries to stand by people fleeing these conflicts, allow freedom of movement, and provide assistance to those in distress at sea to reach a safer place.The EU is complicit in this deadly and devastating conflict, having fuelled the militarisation of Sudan. The EU Emergency Trust Fund for Africa (EUTF) has contributed hundreds of millions of Euros to the Khartoum Process, a project of border externalisation and securitisation that aims at outsourcing the "dirty job" of border brutality to African countries. This money largely went into border control, a task which within the government of Sudan was assigned to the RSF, now one of the warring parties.
We call on Europe and the UK to stop criminalising asylum seekers who arrive on its shores by boat and to abolish laws that help to deport or pull them back from where they are escaping.Together with the members of the Sudanese diaspora in Europe who undersigned the petition below:
"We call on the EU, European lawmakers, and European civil society, including the Red Cross, to close all loopholes of support to the war in Sudan, and put their full weight behind an immediate end to the fighting. We call for the full enforcement of the provisions of the Geneva Convention, including the immediate establishment of humanitarian corridors and safe routes within and out of the fighting zones".

تضامنا مع الشعب السوداني. أوقفوا الحرب في السودان.
ندين بشدة الإقتتال الدائر في السودان الذي بدأ يوم 15.ابريل 2023، ونطلب من قادة الجيش وقوات الدعم السريع الجلوس للحوار الذي بدوره يفضي إلى حكومة بقيادة مدنية. وأدي إستمرار القتال في السودان إلى فرار عدد كبيرمن المواطنين من منازلهم إلى مدن وولايات أخري وحتي إلي خارج السودان، و سيزيد الوضع الحالي من عدد الأشخاص العابرين للبحر الفارين من النزاعات الدائرة في السودان والعديد من الأشخاص الآخرين الفارين من الإضطهاد والقمع والخدمة العسكرية الإلزامية في بلدان أخرى. ندعو كافه دول الإتحاد الأوروبي إلى الوقوف بجانب الأشخاص الفارين من هذه الصراعات ، والسماح بحرية التنقل ، وتقديم المساعدة لمن هم في محنة في البحر للوصول إلى مكان أكثر أمنا.الإتحاد الأوروبي متواطئ في هذا الصراع المدمر و المميت ، بعد أن غذى تجييش السودان ،حيث ساهم صندوق الإتحاد الأوروبي الاستئماني لطوارئ أفريقيا (EUTF) بمئات الملايين من اليوروهات في عملية الخرطوم ، وهو مشروع لتخليص وتأمين الحدود الخارجية ،و يهدف إلى إسناد "المهمة القذرة" للوحشية الحدودية إلى البلدان الأفريقية. ذهبت هذه الأموال إلى حد كبير إلى مراقبة الحدود ، وهي مهمة داخل حكومة السودان تم تكليف قوات الدعم السريع بها ، التي أصبحت الآن أحد الأطراف المتحاربة .كما ندعو أوروبا والمملكة المتحدة إلى الكف عن تجريم و محاكمة طالبي اللجوء الذين يصلون إلى شواطئها بالقوارب وإلغاء القوانين التي تساعد على ترحيلهم أو إعادتهم من حيث يفرون. سنعمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع السودانيين في بلاد المهجر الذين وقعوا على العريضة أدناه: "ندعو الاتحاد الأوروبي والمشرعين الأوروبيين والمجتمع المدني الأوروبي ، بما في ذلك الصليب الأحمر ، إلى إغلاق جميع ثغرات دعم الحرب في السودان ، ووضع ثقلهم الكامل وراء وقف فوري للإقتتال. كما ندعو إلى التطبيق الكامل لبنود اتفاقية جنيف ، بما في ذلك إنشاء ممرات إنسانية آمنة على الفور داخل مناطق القتال وخارجها "اقرأ الالتماس كاملاً: 'نداء عاجل إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي والمجتمع المدني الأوروبي وواضعي السياسات:

Sudan'daki tüm insanlara dayanışma!
Sudan'da 15 Nisan 2023'te başlayan çatışmayı şiddetle kınıyor ve ordu liderleri ile Hızlı Destek Güçleri'nden (RSF) sivillerin önderliğinde bir hükümete yol açacak bir diyalog için oturmalarını istiyoruz.
Sudan'da
çatışmalar devam ederken, birçok insan evlerini, mülklerini ve
şehirlerini terk ederek başka ülkelere kaçtı. Durum, Sudan'daki
çatışmalardan ve diğer ülkelerden gelen zulüm, baskı ve zorunlu askerlik
hizmetinden kaçan denizdeki insanların sayısını artıracak.
Avrupa
Birliği ülkelerini bu çatışmalardan kaçan insanların yanında olmaya,
hareket özgürlüğüne izin vermeye ve denizde tehlikede olanların daha
güvenli bir yere ulaşmalarına yardımcı olmaya çağırıyoruz.
Sudan'ın militarizasyonunu körükleyen AB, bu ölümcül ve yıkıcı çatışmanın suç ortağıdır. Afrika için AB Acil Durum Güven Fonu (EUTF), sınır vahşetinin "kirli işini" Afrika ülkelerine yaptırmayı amaçlayan bir sınır dışsallaştırma ve güvenlikleştirme projesi olan Hartum Sürecine yüz milyonlarca Euro katkıda bulundu. Bu para büyük ölçüde, Sudan hükümeti içinde artık savaşan taraflardan biri olan RSF'ye verilen bir görev olan sınır kontrolüne gitti.
Avrupa
ve Birleşik Krallık'a, kıyılarına tekneyle gelen sığınmacıları
kriminalize etmeyi bırakmaya ve onları sınır dışı etmeye veya kaçtıkları
yere geri göndermeye yardımcı olan yasaları kaldırmaya çağırıyoruz.

Solidaridad con todo el pueblo de Sudán
Mientras continúan los combates en Sudán, muchas personas huyen de sus hogares a otras ciudades, estados y países. Esta situación aumentará el número de personas en el mar que están huyendo de los conflictos en Sudán y muchas otras que huyen de la persecución, la opresión y el servicio militar obligatorio de otros países.
Hacemos un llamamiento a los países de la Unión Europea para que se solidaricen con las personas que huyen de estos conflictos, permitan la libertad de circulación y presten asistencia a quienes se encuentran en peligro en el mar para llegar a un lugar más seguro.
La UE es cómplice de este conflicto mortal y devastador, al haber alimentado la militarización de Sudán. El Fondo Fiduciario de Emergencia de la UE para África (EUTF) ha aportado cientos de millones de euros al Proceso de Jartum, un proyecto de externalización y securitización de fronteras que pretende externalizar el "trabajo sucio" de la brutalidad fronteriza a los países africanos. Este dinero se destinó en gran parte al control de fronteras, una tarea que dentro del gobierno de Sudán se asignó a la RSF, ahora una de las partes beligerantes.
Pedimos a Europa y al Reino Unido que dejen de criminalizar a las personas solicitantes de asilo que llegan a sus costas en barca y que deroguen las leyes que contribuyen a deportarlas o hacerlas retornar al lugar del que huyen.
Junto con miembros de la diáspora sudanesa en Europa que han suscrito la petición que figura a continuación:"Hacemos un llamamiento a la UE, a sus legisladores y a la sociedad civil europea, incluida la Cruz Roja, para que acaben con todos los vacíos legales de apoyo a la guerra en Sudán y apoyen con todo su peso el fin inmediato de los combates. Pedimos la plena aplicación de las disposiciones de la Convención de Ginebra, incluido el establecimiento inmediato de corredores humanitarios y rutas seguras dentro y fuera de las zonas de combate".
